I began my swing dance journey in 2010, training in Lindy Hop, Balboa, and Blues. Among these styles, Balboa quickly became my deepest passion and primary focus.

What draws me most to Balboa is its refined partner communication and subtle musical expression. Within a close connection, even the smallest movement can carry musical intention. I value the ability to interpret music collaboratively with my partner—creating clarity, texture, and dynamic flow together.

In my dancing, I prioritize strong fundamentals above all. I believe that solid basics are the foundation for true musical freedom, technical precision, and creative expression. I strive to create a partnership built on respect, comfort, and attentiveness, allowing natural momentum and seamless movement to emerge in response to the music.

I have actively participated in events across Asia, the United States, and Europe, engaging with the global swing dance community through workshops, social dancing, and competitions. Continually challenging myself in these environments has deepened both my technical understanding and artistic perspective.

As an instructor and DJ, I am committed to sharing my experience with the next generation of dancers. My teaching philosophy centers on clarity, connection, and musical awareness—helping dancers build confident fundamentals while discovering their own authentic voice within the dance.
